People drive like hell until they come to a rear bumper or a cop and then they slam on the brakes. Goddamn, can't you see what's up ahead and just let off the gas pedal and slow down before you get there? OK, fine, wear out your brakes, kill your gas mileage, risk a ticket or an collision.
