TDOT Sucks

I moved to a location near Briley and I-40 a long time ago because I used to drink a lot and it was easy to get home from I-40, heading east and exiting at Briley south. I've patiently endured the road construction in that area the last few years, and now that exit is a fucking nightmare. The exit ramp is way too short for a safe merge and I can't see what's coming and I have to merge across 2 lanes. And then the 2 right-hand lanes disappear after Karen Dr. and there's always some freakin' idiot who doesn't realize that and tries to merge into my truck.
