Panhandling

The proposed panhandling law might make it illegal for musicians working the clubs on Broadway to ask for tips. OMFG, how ineffably moronic can these politicians be? These musicians are actually working, not pestering people on the street, and they only make about $20, and they need a little tip money to cover gas, parking and tickets the pigs will write for myriad of real and imagined offenses against the city.
